Ricci VictorioPresident
Ricci Victorio, CPCC, PCC  |

Change and the art of being in change has always fascinated Ricci. For 25 years, she focused her curiosity within the theatre environment to develop a unique training approach for ensemble-based improvisational performance. With her husband, Raymond Victorio, they founded Victorio Consulting and Relevant EQ programs, leading Applied Improvisation workshops & retreats for professionals to enhance their creativity, intuition and connection with others. Their daughter, Natalie Victorio, formally joined the team in 2009, and is their Director of Operations and manages the PDP Personality Styles training and assessment programs. President of SFBAC since June 2015, Ricci continues to lead SFBAC, as the country's largest regional ICF chapter.


Deanna Stouder

Deanna’s scientific background provided the platform from which she developed a 26+ year career. It began with a Research Professorship and culminated in the Senior Executive Service within the Federal Government in a variety of increasingly complex and advanced positions. 

Along this pathway, Deanna’s responsibility broadened from regional, national and international issues and partnerships. Blending her experience within the academic and federal arenas, Deanna began mentoring students, employees, and less experienced colleagues, encouraging them to stretch and explore new and different roles and challenges. She has worked with leaders and executives within the US Government (e.g., Army, Agency for International Development, Food and Nutrtion Service, Forest Service, National Institutes of Health), international organizations, academia and small business to improve performance, achieve results and create effective teams.

Deanna is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach. She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF)as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Deanna serves as an active member of the San Francisco Bay Area Coaches Chapter of ICF. 

Deannaispassionate about facilitating and encouraging personal development and professional satisfaction forindividuals and groups.   Using her coaching skills and herclient’s unique talents,  Deanna helps clients see and  execute their vision for themselves and their   organizations.  In doing this, she develops trust, evokes deep insight, and brings value to her client’s vision for the future. 

Wendy Edelstein, CPCC, ACC, MA |

Wendy Edelstein, CPCC, ACC, MA, is a leadership and career coach whose specialties include leadership development, time management/productivity, and career transition. Before completing her coach training at CTI in 2014, Wendy worked as a writer and editor (including seven years as a staff writer in UC Berkeley’s Office of Public Affairs). She brings a writer’s sensibility and a love of language to her coaching.


In addition to founding Changeover Coaching, her own coaching practice, Wendy works as a career coach for Lee Hecht Harrison where she helps clients who have recently been laid off find new positions. Wendy has been playing competitive recreational tennis for 10 years and is passionate about all things related to the sport.

I believe in a holistic approach to learning, and help others to find purpose and deal with challenges in a healthy and constructive way.

As the Founder and Owner/Operator of Re-Invent Coaching, I help entrepreneurs, companies, organizations, and diverse individuals across industries to realize their full potential. Certified through iPEC, one of the largest ICF-accredited coach training schools in the world, I bring a holistic approach to Business Development, Leadership Training, and Organizational Development through targeted, personalized solutions. Bringing more than two decades of experience in Business Development, I help individuals and companies become empowered to produce strong results, overcome challenges, resolve conflicts, and fulfill his/her life’s purpose. 

Communications Director

Sophie Leroi is an Executive and Leadership coach specializing in professional transitions and international assignments. She works with professionals and their families to help them be culturally agile, gain more insight into their sometimes new life, develop their expatriate leadership skills, develop strong communication skills, and focus on their professional and personal success. She created The Focus Room LLC to provide her clients with a confidential thinking space where they are always in control of the outcomes as they move through their transitions. Her coaching is a supporting and challenging partnership in which clients can secure success in their new ventures.  

After more than 15 years’ experience in the Language, Cross Cultural Training and Destination Services Industry, as well as 10 years of happy expatriation, Sophie graduated as an Executive Coach at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) in London in 2013. Recently she has been coaching clients through major career transitions, and has helped them adopt strong communication skills to navigate their new industry. She has been living in the Bay Area for 4 years, and is happy to be able to serve SFBAC to promote professional coaching services and build a vibrant community of coaches who can support each other and find the resources and help they need.

Manoj Ramanan, CPCC,
Manoj Ramanan is a Career/Leadership Coach and Workshop Facilitator.  He works with professionals and mid-level executives to help discover what gives them meaning at work, gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and position themselves for leadership roles. 

Manoj brings 12+ years of business development and consulting expertise with significant experience of working directly with executive leaders and decision makers. Realizing that his true calling lay in facilitating others to fulfill their visions and dreams, he graduated as a Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). He holds an MBA degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C).

Manoj cares deeply about every individual bringing their best selves into their workplace and is passionate about helping leaders get to the next level and make a difference to their organization. He conducts workshops around Authentic Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Effective Communication and Effective Public Speaking. Manoj has been living in the Bay Area for the past 3 years. He is a proud dad of a one year old daughter and loves hiking in the hills around East Bay.

Leslie Peay DuBridge

Thrive. Leslie has turned her passion for these three words mingled with dynamic creativity to accent her professional journey. With 20+ years combined health and wellness, educational administration, writing, community engagement, interpretive/lyrical dance instruction, and group/certified personal fitness trainer experience, Leslie specializes in wellness, personal life growth and leadership/career coaching.

An ACC-credentialed member of the International Coach Federation, with an M.A. in Business/Arts Administration, she partners with coach-ready clients using creative and somatic-centered approaches for their journey toward gaining powerful clarity, balance and forward-motion life and career outcomes. Leslie's coaching training was through the ICF-approved Certificate in Transformative Life Coaching training program through Western Seminary. She created Pivotal Turns Coaching and Wellness, through which she provides her clients with a safe, trusting platform from which they can confidentially leap into their path toward optimal health and wellness, a more thriving professional career, or to sustain a flow of life-long personal development and legacy building.
