November Webinar: The Neurobiology of Successful Behavior Change

With Kenneth Nowack, PhD

Wednesday, November 8, 7 pm

People rarely wake up and spontaneously commit to initiating new behavior. And even when they do, few maintain new behaviors for very long without relapsing. This interactive session will introduce a new evidenced based individual change model (Enlighten, Encourage and Enable) to help coaches facilitate successful adoption and maintenance of new personal and professional behaviors.

Learn about how to use feedback to move people from clueless to a readiness to change behavior as well as practical strategies to ensure new habits are sustained over time. During the webinar, Dr. Ken Nowack will discuss how you can leverage the latest neuroscience research to help coaches successfully set, adopt and maintain behavior-oriented goals.
